WebIOPS are a unit of measure representing input/output operations per second. The operations are measured in KiB, and the underlying drive technology determines the maximum amount of data that a volume type counts as a single I/O. WebIOPS stands for input/output operations per second. It’s a measurement of performance for hard drives (HDDs or SSDs) and storage area networks. IOPS represents how quickly a given storage device or medium can read and write commands in every second.
