When a document is printed, it just sits in the queue. The document can be restarted (to no effect) and can be cancelled. I can ping the printer using its IP address and its DNS name. Here is the problem - when I reboot the the Win7 machine and go to 'devices and printer' I can see the printer but it is greyed out. The printer status is offline.
