If you look on the website the hold a few services each year, some by candlelight. It is definitely worth a walk to visit this church, I personally found it to be very moving & peaceful place to visit & I’m not particularly religious. WebbA church was originally built on this site in the 12 th or 13 th century, but this building, which is the smallest in Sussex, was built from the remains of the chancel after a fire in the 17 th century. The church was also the inspiration for the song ‘The Smallest Church in Sussex’ by Sea Power.
